MOF - Management Observatory Foundation

Krzysztof Zieliński - - EU project manager, has over 4 years of experience in implementation of educational EU founded projects on the regional, national and European level. Specializes in the subject of trainers' competencies, ICT and new media use for training purposes. Is also the coordinator of EduKlaster - Nowe media w Edukacji (EduCluster - New Media in Education), gathering Polish educational bodies, training and ICT companies and research institutes.

Anna Jaruga - - Since 2005 engaged in projects involving international cooperation and multiculturalism. In the foundation she is responsible for the management and organization of works within educational projects related to new media and new methods of teaching. Previously responsible for the How-to-webcast, WebQuest for HRM and MEDEA 2020 projects. Recently working on Webinar 2 Learn and eBusiness Mobile Training. She speaks Polish, English and Russian.


Vilma Butkute - - coordinator of Svietimo ir kulturos mobiliuju technologiju institutas. Acquired skills during the Master Degree of Informatics, Master Degree of pedagogical Didactics and Master degree of Environment Engineering. Fields of expertise: coordinator of the Socrates Grundtvig 1.1. project with the focus on educational mobile games; coordinator of LLP Grundtvig project focused on elderly people using web.2 technologies, local coordinator of the 6FP IST project with the focus on alternate reality games’ realisation in education; external evaluator of LLP projects; organiser of the international in-service courses and summer schools in Lithuania.

Kevin Clark -

Calum Thomson - - presently Interactive Media and eLearning Project Coordinator and Developer at the Adam Smith College, has experience as a Graphic Design Executive and Creative Technologies Lecturer. Having a Higher National Certificate in Interactive Multimedia Design and Production and BSc Honours in Design for Digital Media Calum has a professional background plentiful of work related with elements of graphic design, visual communication, motion graphics, animation, new media, mobile interface and web design, working with a variety of web based technologies with a view towards combining appealing aesthetics and usability in all. He has a broad knowledge of software for purposes throughout his field as well as a background in web coding languages XHTML, XML, CSS and ActionScript. His studies and professional duties surrounding education over the past 2 years have led to his interests moving in the direction of how online based medias can be used effectively to deliver learning and curriculum.
